50% Home Owners within Ayla Marina District Receive Title Deeds

Three man-made blue lagoons with a total area of 750000 m², and comprising a constellation of 17 white sand beaches are spread over the Ayla community.

50% Home Owners within Ayla Marina District Receive Title Deeds

Amman-Jordan: January, 2017 – Ayla Oasis Development Company (Ayla), one of the largest tourism and real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Jordan, announced that 50% of Island Apartments’ home owners within Marina District project, have received the title deeds of their units, following the registration of their properties with the Lands and Survey Department.


The developer commenced the issuance of title deeds to the Island Apartments’ owners in October 2016, articulating Ayla’s commitment to ensure full protection of investors and in the way to make Aqaba one of the top investment destinations in the region.


Sahl Dudin, Managing Director of Ayla, said: “The handover of the Ayla project is being done in a phased manner. We have started the operation of several facilities while others are still under construction. The facilities that are open offer a diverse range of high-quality services to the Ayla community including the B12 Beach Club, the Ayla Marina and the Ayla Golf Club featuring the 18-Hole signature Golf Course and Academy designed by the world renowned Greg Norman. We will step up our efforts to ensure the completion of the remaining projects and facilities on schedule, delivering memorable experiences in one unparalleled seaside destination.”


He added; “We have formalized the ownership of 50% of the Island Apartments to their owners in the Marina District through the registration of the title deeds with the Lands and Survey Department. These owners make up the nucleus of the larger Ayla community that has set new benchmarks for luxury, comfort and upscale urban living.”


This year, Ayla is set to transfer title deeds to the remaining homeowners who have fulfilled all their obligations.


In the Marina District, the construction works of the 286-key Hyatt Regency Hotel is now in full swing. Set for completion by end-2017, and to complement the five-star hotel property, the Marina Village will feature 65 shopping outlets and a diverse range of services, making it one of the top shopping and entertainment destinations at the heart of Ayla.


Other key projects within Ayla that are scheduled for completion this year are Ayla’s Iconic Beach Club, a relaxation paradise for residents and their guests within Ayla, and the Ayla Golf Academy & Clubhouse that was named ‘Best Leisure Led Development’ at the World Architecture Festival 2016 for its architectural excellence and high-end tourism and leisure components.
