Eco-Design:
Sustainable design looks to nature as the ultimate inspiration. In keeping with this, Ayla completed the construction of a 3.2 megawatt photovoltaic solar panels. This farm is situated above water channels at the edge of the development and provides clean energy for new projects.
Reducing water and electrical consumption also happens throughout the estate, from water-efficient taps, to energy-efficient LED lighting and lighting motion detectors.
Nursery, Rescue & Reuse:
Marine life is one of the most precious ecosystems in the world. Through Ayla’s coral nursery we are able to protect our local reef, while also ensuring the vibrant undersea world is there for future generations to appreciate.
Before we classify objects and materials as waste, we identify how they can be reused in the cycle. Objects that have reached the end of their cycle are given new life as art pieces, beautifying the environment.

Giving Back:
As part of Ayla’s dedicated effort to be a major source of empowerment in the community, the Makarem academy was created to train local Jordanians on various hospitality skills to work in the tourism and hospitality sector. Makarem Academy is a Corporate Social Responsibility program by Ayla.
